This report show the progress Cheryl has made since she has started this program.


Maths

WE ARE LEARNING TO:  solve problems using compatible number.

WE CAN DO THIS WHEN:  we can answer questions like 
9 + 5 + 4 - 13 = 5
9 + 4 = 13 so therefor we have 5 left. 

Teacher comments: Cheryl, I only had to show you how to do this strategy a couple of times and you are able to work on problems like these with confidence. Well done. 







Reading

WE ARE LEARNING TO:  read in our heads to help with comprehension.

WE CAN DO THIS WHEN:  we can answer questions about what we have read and summarise the text.

Teacher comments: Cheryl, I can see that you read to understand.  You are able to tell me what the story is about and answer some of my questions.








Writing

WALT write an imaginative story.
SUCCESS CRITERIA We have written an imaginative story which is not real. 


When the children were not at school the equipment  had a massive party! They drew a picture . They drew a picture of their family and they wrote a story about their family. They they played a lot of fun games like pass the parcel. it was so much fun! I wish I could go and join them but I could not because I had to go to the music holiday programme.
